common areas enhance the building and provide us with social and recreational facilities without ever leaving home. Participate as you please in recreational games, parties, potlucks and many other member-planned events.
Oakdale Farmers Market
We have collaborated with the Oakdale Farmers market to set up once a month and participate in their Wednesday event. We educate the public about what a cooperative is and what we have to offer.
Fire Drill
For the safety of our community we had our annual fire drill. Over half our residents participated as well as had some AED and first response training.
Flag Day
We had the pleasure of putting the flag back up on the pole. he holiday is a day that Americans show respect for the U.S. Flag and what it represents. Representing independence and unity, the Star-Spangled Banner has become a powerful symbol of Americanism and the flag is flown proudly.
Events in our Community
National Night Out
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. We had Los Taqueria Paisanos mexican food truck at our property and offered Root beer floats to all that came to participate.
